HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders below $50, there is a low flat shipping & handling fee of $4.99.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.  Currently we only ship Domestically within the US.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times may vary slightly based on item availability or other circumstances, however this is unusual and in general, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Most orders are shipped via first-class USPS, which takes 2-3 business days.  DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, SOME CARRIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE.


WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Los Angeles, California.


CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER/SHIPMENT?

If you need something expedited, please let us know by emailing orders@peterprentjies.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Additional fees may apply.

WHAT IF I AM SENDING A GIFT?
We’ve got you covered!  Simply complete your order and then email us at orders@peterprentjies.com (include your order number and your name) and tell us what you would like to say!  We will include your personal gift message with your shipment.  Pricing will not be included in any gift order.


WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We happily accept returns of items in unworn condition with original tags attached sent back to our headquarters within 30 days from the date of purchase. To start the returns process, simply email us at orders@peterprentjies.com. Please indicate your order number, which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return your products for either exchange or a refund.

Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders and original shipping fees will not be refunded.


HOW WILL MY REFUND BE HANDLED?

Your original payment, minus shipping fees, will be fully refunded once we confirm the receipt of the returned items. This generally occurs within 5 business days of item receipt.


WHAT IF THE ITEM WAS A GIFT?

If you received the item as a gift and would like to exchange it, you may do so if the item if it is unworn and undamaged.  Please note that new items will not be shipped out until returned items are received.  Once received, we will confirm item condition and ship out your new product to your little animal in style!  Please contact orders@peterprentjies.com.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR/STYLE?

We gladly exchange undamaged, unworn items within 30 days of purchase.  Please email orders@peterprentjies.com with your order number, which item you’ll be returning, and the item you’d like to receive in exchange. We will then provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive it, we’ll ship out the replacement.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order for a full refund before your order is shipped by emailing us at orders@peterprentjies.com.
